As a Communication Designer at Humbleteam you’ll spend your days working on our various internal and marketing-related projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with our wonderful marketing team to create beautiful and informative case studies like NASA that make clients excited at the thought of working with us;
• Design beautiful assets for our fancy social media posts and juicy bi-weekly newsletter;
• Create visual concepts for special projects in line with what we loosely refer to as the Humbleteam Brand Identity™️.

Need to have:

• 2+ years of relevant experience;
• Skillz in After Effects;
• Advanced spoken English and ability to communicate ideas clearly;
• You design in Figma. Because, frankly, why would anyone use anything else?

Nice to have:

• Knowing your way around Cinema 4D is a definite plus.

About the job

An internship can mean different things at different companies. At Humbleteam it means that for two months you’re one of us.

You’re not here to fetch coffee for the boss, but to learn stuff and get your hands dirty:

• A Humbleteam internship is a two month program, led by three mentors. The first month is exclusively about training and theory. In the second month you’ll also work full-time on real projects, together with senior designers, doing actual design. Attending client meetings, solving product problems, and presenting your work;
• The aim is to cover all parts of Humbleteam’s design process, so that after two months, you’ll be fully ready to tackle real live design tasks on any type of project;
• The internship is paid, and when it ends we may make you an offer to join Humbleteam.

About you:

• You’re passionate about product design, but you’re missing real-world experience with a bunch of friendly and knowledgeable people who can help you grow and get to the next level;
• Your English is good;
• Your mind is better at seeing solutions than problems;

About the job

As a User Experience Researcher at Humbleteam you’ll spend your days working with our fine designers in a never-ending effort to make our products better and better. And better.

Your responsibilities:

• You’ll analyze the UX of the products we’re working on, and form product hypotheses at the outset of a project;
• You’ll conduct user research to discover how real life users interact with a product, and to find UX problems that the rest of us have somehow managed to overlook;
• You’ll process and analyze your findings, and present them to the rest of us. Sometimes you even put a little joke in there to make us laugh;
• You’ll work with the rest of us, coming up with concrete ways to improve the products we’re creating.

Must-haves for this position:

• You know all about different UX research methods, qualitative, quantitative and mixed UX research methodologies, across all platforms (Desktop, Mobile Web and Apps) and phases of the product life-cycle;
• You can analyze a target audience and create personas;
• You want to know how people think. You’re fascinated by every aspect of how humans interact with interfaces, from psychology to design;
• You have excellent spoken English (B2 or higher).
