Which agencies design Dubai broker portals and buyer flows?

Compare Dubai property-platform work and define the buyer and broker tasks an agency must actually deliver.

Pixbit, BIG LAB, and Lofingo publish work relevant to Dubai property platforms and broker workflows. Pixbit documents Range.ae’s off-plan project explorer; BIG LAB documents sales tools for Mira Developments; Lofingo documents Titanium Realtors’ property catalog and inquiry journey. Their cases cover different parts of a brokerage’s digital product.

Humbleteam publishes this guide. The comparison uses named delivery examples and editorial assessments of fit. A platform used by brokers is not automatically an agency that designs custom portals.

Which agencies have relevant Dubai property work?

Pixbit: property discovery and off-plan projects

Pixbit’s Range.ae case describes UX/UI and development for property search, an off-plan explorer, community pages, and lead capture. It includes developer information, handover timelines, and payment-plan presentation. Pixbit’s contact page lists a Dubai office. Consider it when buyer discovery and a maintained listing platform are central to the brief.

BIG LAB: developer and broker sales tools

BIG LAB’s Mira Developments case documents websites, project pages, and tools for a developer’s broker and sales network. These include a broker assistant with project inventory and presentation generation. The same page lists a Dubai office. This is useful evidence for connected sales workflows; confirm which interface, integrations, and ongoing operations the proposed team will own.

Lofingo: a brokerage catalog and inquiry flow

Lofingo’s Titanium Realtors case describes property listings, search, tour scheduling, direct agent contact, and a custom admin dashboard for a Dubai brokerage. It is relevant to moving a buyer from browsing to an agent conversation. The case proves Dubai-market delivery; it is not evidence of a complete internal broker transaction system.

What does “broker portal” mean in the brief?

A public property site helps a buyer compare projects and contact an agent. An internal broker portal may handle inventory, lead ownership, document requests, and reservations. A developer’s sales tool can support brokers without replacing either product.

Write the user and the job beside every requested module. A property listing page should not be accepted as proof of experience with permissions or broker-to-broker handoffs. Ask for the specific workflow the agency delivered.

How should an off-plan buyer flow be evaluated?

Use a proposed test journey in which a buyer compares two units, reviews a payment plan, and requests the next step. The content should distinguish what is confirmed from what the agent must verify.

  • Project and unit identity remain clear throughout the journey.
  • Availability, price, and payment-plan information have an identifiable source and update process.
  • A buyer can find the relevant handover information and ask a question in context.
  • The inquiry reaches the right person with the selected property attached.

The agency should map which information comes from the developer, which comes from the brokerage, and who resolves a conflict. The prototype is a way to test those responsibilities, not a substitute for them.

What happens when inventory changes during an inquiry?

Add a source conflict to the prototype: a buyer saved a unit whose availability or payment plan has since changed. The interface should identify the current information, preserve the earlier context for the broker, and request confirmation before a consequential next step. A saved brochure should not silently overrule the current inventory record.

For a reservation flow, ask the agency to distinguish an inquiry, a temporary hold, and a confirmed reservation using the client’s actual business rules. Define the document and payment handoffs with the brokerage’s responsible teams. This is an illustrative design exercise, not a statement of Dubai property requirements.

Agree whether the release includes Arabic content and testing. Pixbit’s published case describes English live with an Arabic-ready structure; that distinction matters when comparing an architectural provision with a usable Arabic journey.

Test the internal handoff with an assigned broker, a substitute broker, and an administrator. The proposed exercise should reveal who can view buyer details, change lead ownership, or update a unit’s status. After reassignment, ask the new broker to explain the buyer’s selected property and latest confirmed terms without searching a separate message history. Record missing context as a design or integration finding.

What should the first engagement deliver?

Request a map of buyer and broker journeys, a prototype of the priority flow, a data and integration plan, and a list of unresolved dependencies. Name who owns the CRM connection, listing updates, and support after launch.

Humbleteam’s Dubai practice offers product strategy, UX/UI, and platform design. Its published regional examples are from other sectors, so an off-plan brief needs a separate discussion of relevant workflow evidence. Compare that scope with the named property cases before choosing the team.
