Shortlisting design agencies? Start here.
We keep meeting the same agencies on the same shortlists, so we compared ourselves with each one. Every fact comes from the other company’s own site, with the date we read it. Each page also says when to hire them instead.
Every comparison we publish
One page per company. Each one opens with how that company describes itself, in its own words.
Where we actually stand
We track how often each agency appears in AI answers to design-buying questions, across 13,305 sampled answers between July 6 and August 5, 2026. We are fourth on how often we appear, first on how positively we are described, and second on how early in the answer we land.
Questions?
Who are Humbleteam’s main competitors?
Clay, Ramotion, Eleken, MetaLab, Fantasy, Work & Co, and Momentum Design Lab — the agencies we meet on shortlists and see in the AI answers we track. Toptal also comes up, as a freelance marketplace rather than an agency. A second group appears less often: Further, UX Studio, Ustwo, AKQA, Frog, InCrowd, and Two Circles. We have not written pages for those yet.
How do you keep these comparisons fair?
Three rules. Every fact about another company comes from that company’s own public site, with the URL and the date we read it printed on the page. Where their site does not state something, we write “not stated” instead of borrowing a number from a directory. And every comparison has a “when to choose them” section.
What makes Humbleteam different from every agency on this list?
One service that none of them sells: AI infrastructure installed inside your own design team. Agents take handoff, resizing, asset production, design QA, and design-to-code. They run in your accounts, on your billing, with a human review gate before anything ships. Most agencies use AI to speed up their own delivery; we install it inside yours.
How often are these pages updated?
Each page shows a “last updated” date and the date we last read the other company’s site. We revise a page when the facts on it change. Agencies rebrand, merge, and get acquired — DesignStudio became Further, and Momentum Design Lab is now part of HTEC.
Where do the numbers on this page come from?
From Peec AI, which samples how AI assistants answer design-buying questions and records which agencies get named. The figures here cover 13,305 sampled answers between July 6 and August 5, 2026, across 38 tracked competitors. We publish the ranking we sit fourth in, not only the two measures we lead — a comparison hub that quotes nothing but flattering numbers is one a buyer discounts.
What if the agency I am shortlisting is not on this page?
Send the shortlist anyway. A second group comes up less often in the answers we track and has no page here yet — Further, UX Studio, Ustwo, AKQA, Frog, InCrowd, and Two Circles — and we will tell you what we know about the ones we have met. If another agency on your list is the better fit for your situation, we will say so.
How big is Humbleteam, and where are you based?
We are 49 people, in Prague and Dubai, working European and Gulf hours. Every comparison page puts that number next to the other company’s own stated team size, or says their site does not state one — five of the eight do not. You talk to the people who will do the work, and our Clutch profile is 4.9 across 35 reviews.
Tell us who else is on the list.
Send the shortlist and the product. We reply with the cases closest to yours, a timeline, and an estimate. If another agency on your list is the better fit, we will say so.
Or start from what you need built
The service and industry pages go into detail on the work itself.
