Is a designer subscription cheaper than an agency project?
For a narrow, steady stream of UI work, usually yes. Eleken’s 2-month minimum and 3-day trial make it easy to test. It stops being cheaper when the work needs a lead, a researcher, a brand designer, and an engineer for 2 weeks each. On a subscription, you either pay for seats you are not using or go without those roles.
Do you offer a monthly subscription too?
No. We offer a monthly retainer after an engagement, and it includes the agent system already installed in your workspace. If what you want is a plain designer-by-the-month, Eleken sells exactly that.
Who is better for a SaaS product?
Eleken, for pure B2B SaaS: they are SaaS-only, with 200+ SaaS redesigns behind them. We are ahead where the SaaS product handles money or clinical data, as with Quipli, Acronis, and Qantev. Regulated and data-dense screens are most of our work.
Can you do branding? Eleken says they focus on UI/UX.
Yes. Brand identity is half of what we publish: Chuck, One Bank, Cryptonix, Aquafun, HomeMedix, and Bow are brand cases that shipped into products. Our awards are mostly brand and web.
What if we want both?
It works. A subscription designer holds the day-to-day backlog while we run a scoped brand or design-system program. One side has to own the design system and the tokens in code. We are happy to be that side and to hand it over documented.
