Acronis
The web and mobile experience that runs the Acronis summit.
Always within reach
Acronis runs a global summit series for cybersecurity experts, technology leaders and partners. We turned the event identity into the product that gets people through the day. Attendees find the program, pull up their ticket, follow what changed and get help — on a laptop the week before and on a phone in the hall.
How we built the interface
1. Clear from the first screen: what the event is, when, where, and the one thing to do next. Nobody should have to hunt for the date.
2. We split inspiration from logistics, so the page can sell the event and still answer a practical question in one tap.
3. One system of type, color, graphics and interaction across desktop and mobile — the same event in your hand and on your desk.
A global summit carries a lot at once: dates, cities, speakers, sessions, tickets, partners, live updates. We put it in an order that makes sense to a visitor — why this event matters first, then everything they need to act on.
We use 3D visuals to carry the important messages, not to decorate the page.
They turn abstract technology into scenes people can navigate without a glossary.
